Carly has worked in equestrian sport for eight years and brings a specialized skillset in communications, marketing, digital strategy, and activation expertise to ISG. She most recently worked for US Equestrian as Sr. Director of Communications & Public Relations, responsible for overseeing all communications and digital content creation for the organization, including the digital and communications strategy for the Tokyo 2020 Olympic & Paralympic Games and 2022 FEI World Championships. Prior to US Equestrian, she worked for Equestrian Sport Productions and associated portfolio properties in Wellington, Fla., Tryon, N.C., and Parker, Colo., as well as for the Rolex Central Park Horse Show. She also served as the National Press Officer for the FEI World Equestrian Games Tryon 2018. Carly is passionate about expanding visibility for the industry through curated and strategic digital activation, while giving athletes and brands a powerful share of voice in the mainstream sporting landscape.
Taylor is an accomplished creative in the equestrian space with six years of experience in content creation, social strategy, and digital activation development. Previously, she served as the Social Media Manager at US Equestrian where she managed over 25 platforms across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube. Under her guidance, US Equestrian generated the most engagements on Instagram during the 2020 Olympic Games, outperforming all other Team USA affiliates and NGBs. In just one year, she grew the organization’s TikTok account to over 250,000 followers, while managing and creating content for an audience of over 1.2 million across US Equestrian’s key social platforms. Not only does she have a vast knowledge of high performance sport, she has developed and maintained strong relationships with athletes, sponsors, and shareholders across the disciplines.
Caitlin brings over 10 years of sport and event operations experience to ISG. She has worked on many major championship events, both in operations and sport management, and worked closely with National Federations across the FEI disciplines. She specializes in logistics and operations management, ranging from sport logistics to venue buildouts, field of play preparation, and sponsorship activations, bringing a detail-oriented approach of execution to the sport’s most elite competitions and venues. She has worked with athletes, teams, and National Federations at boutique and championship events around the world to showcase the best of equestrian sport. Caitlin is passionate about high performance sport and combines her expertise in venue management and logistic operations to produce quality competition experiences for both competitors, partners, and fans.
